1- Understanding Client Needs & Initial Assessment

- Conduct an initial meeting with the client to understand their objectives and challenges.
- Perform a Desktop Review & Gap Analysis by assessing existing systems and comparing them with relevant standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and key gaps.
